Firstly make sure you pay attention, mindless clicking and you will get screened out. It asks for your postcode at the beginning make sure you put the same one at the end to get the reward.
Check your email, the surveys are only sent to your email as opposed to the survey site. Some can only be available for a short time or have limited numbers that can complete them, so I always tend to check my emails once a day and complete them as soon as possible.
