VoucherCodes.co.uk is a site I have been using for a number of years that has helped me save money in so many ways. This VoucherCodes review will explain what the site is and how you can save £100’s on purchases without doing hardly anything at all.

One of the great things about VoucherCodes is that you can guarantee the voucher will always be valid. It can be a painful process hunting for codes and then finding they don’t work when you get to check out. For VoucherCodes this has never been a problem for me.

Is VoucherCodes always the best deal?

This is an easy question to answer because to be blunt it is not. Sometimes yes certainly it is the best offer that is around I would say the majority of the time. But a truly frugal person will be looking at other sites as well. Primarily the cashback sites that may be offering more cashback than the discount in the first place. So it is worth a second look at one of the cashback websites. 

Specific savings for students

If you are a student then VoucherCodes are certainly well worth a look with many exclusive offers for students. Much can be saved by browsing the student section. All you will need to sign up and verify as a student is to register with a legitimate student email address. 

There are some amazing discounts for students on the VoucherCodes website and app. Such as £40 off Pizza Hut. They also have ways throughout the year of getting the chance to win even more vouchers by making purchases on their #fomofridays, as well as great competitions, for instance, at the moment there is a competition to win university fees!

Well worth a look, and certainly at the beginning of the term it is worth looking at their Fresher’s Week for some stonking discounts. 

Specific savings for NHS staff

Similar to the student’s section of VoucherCodes there are also separate amazing offers for NHS staff, similarly, all you need to do is confirm with your NHS email address. It is well worth signing up for their NHS newsletter for all the best deals.

Also every so often VoucherCodes run their NHS Blue week, this is an opportunity to get some great boosted offers. Although be warned they go quick. But you can get some really profitable offers or even free vouchers.

The best way by far to take advantage of the brilliance that is VoucherCodes is through their free Google Chrome Browser Extension ‘Deal Finder’ This will pop up with the best vouchers when you are on any supporting website, meaning there is no need for you to search for them the deals come to you.

Really easy and simple to install, just sign in as you would the site and browse as you would do normally

This recently saved me upward of £80 on a pair of glasses just from having the app in the background.
